Cuba Itinerary DAY 1 Hola, bienvenido a Cuba!  We will arrive in the morning. Meet our guide at the airport and visit "Finca Vigia" the home where Hemingway lived in Cuba. Visit the Organic Farm La Yoandra and Lunch at Paladar Divino. Check in at Hotel in the neighborhood of El Vedado. Welcome cocktail and meeting with our guide that will explain the program for our trip. Time to rest, money exchange... Dinner will be served at 7PM at paladar "Castropol". We need to move quickly because the canon blast ceremony is scheduled for 9PM. After the ceremony we will attend a presentation by our guide about the Colonial history related to pirates and buccaneers. We will have opportunities to take some pictures and to have informal chats with those young men who run the ceremony while serving their military duties.
OPTIONAL: Returning our hotel we will pass by the Nacional Hotel. You may stay there and enjoy the live music at the Patio in front of the Malecon Habanero. 

Cuba Itinerary DAY 2 - This morning we will walk through Old Havana in a guided tour for appreciation of the colonial buildings in this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Central Park, Obispo Street, Cathedral Square, the Old and Saint Francis Abbey and a book market are among  the spots we will visit. After a short walk through cobblestone streets in Old Havana, lunch the famous Cuban sandwich at Living Havana. After lunch, complete the city tour in El Vedado. Meet members of the Classic Car Club of Cuba and ride those cars through Malecon, Revolution square, Paseo del Prado, Callejon de Hamel and return to the hotel. Dinner on your own ($). (Recommended WOW! or Cuba Pasion restaurants, located just few steps from the hotel)
9PM - Opening of the "In Touch with Cuba Painting Exhibition" at the Art Gallery in the Hotel featuring Cuban and American painters. After the exhibition attend the show at El Turquino Cabaret on floor 27th of the hotel.   

Cuba Itinerary DAY 3 - After breakfast at the hotel depart to Vinales, a World Heritage Site in the western Cuban countryside. Visit a tobacco farm and learn about the traditional cigar rolling. Lunch at Balcon del Valle with a breathtaking views of the mountains and accompanied by local musicians. Tour the town and visit private homes and learn about the private lodging business that is emerging in Cuba. Visit the Indian cave and ride a boat through the river in the cave. Return to Havana. Wrap the night with a dinner and show at the Habana Cafe with Buenavista Social Club. 

Cuba Itinerary DAY 4 - Early breakfast and a farewell to our friends in Havana. On our way to the airport we will stop at the Jose Fuster Gallery. The flight from Havana to Miami are awaiting for us! Bye bye Havana.
